AI Visibility Score ("we", "us") is operated by Propex LTD. This page explains what information we collect when you use becomevisibletoai.app, how we use it, and who we share it with. We've kept it plain — if anything here is unclear, contact us using the details at the bottom.
Information you give us: when you run a scan, we collect your business name, website address (if you have one), email address, and, where you provide them, your industry and city. If you buy the full report, the AI Fix Pack, or a monitoring subscription, your payment is handled entirely by Whop, our payment processor — we never see or store your card details.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, we automatically log your IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how well our ads perform.
Information from Google: if your business is matched to a Google Maps/Places listing during a scan, we retrieve publicly available listing data (rating, review count, hours, category) from Google to include in your report.
Generating your score and report requires sending your business name, website content, and related details to Anthropic's Claude API (and, for some scans, other AI providers) for analysis. These providers process this information under their own privacy terms, not ours.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run AI Visibility Score, including:
We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transfer (for example, if Propex LTD is acquired).
We keep your scan and report data for as long as it's needed to provide the service — for example, so you can return to your report link, or so a monitoring subscription can keep re-scanning your business. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
AI Visibility Score is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, anyone under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
